Huge s/o to the State street Chic Fil A team; today they missed a nugget (I ordered a 30 pc and I had a free 8 pc with points I’d built on on my app- so it’s an easy miss when you see a bag full of nuggets, AND the total paid was for the 30 nuggets). We called after we got home to let them know, really only expecting that they’d put the ‘points’ back on my chic fil a app. They delivered it to my home, AND threw in a small milkshake! I live close by but dang, talk about service! Good luck getting any other fast food place to do that! Love them! 💗

The line for the drive through goes all of the way around the building and into the parking lot, but it’s fast and the food is really good. My husband brings me home breakfast from this place at least once a week. I love it.

Very clean. Friendly, polite, efficient service. Chicken on sandwich was hot and tasted like real chicken. Toppings were fresh. Fries were hot and crispy. Chocolate shake was cold and thick. Roving person cleaning tables and asking if needed anything. Bright area. Enough room between tables to move and feel like could talk.

This Chick-fil-a is very convenient to Interstate 64 and Interstate 265. Has a drive thru lane and large parking lot. Has a play place for children. It has been recently refreshed inside. Sign for mobile and pick up orders could be better placed. Additionally, the waiting area could be better defined.

Chicken done right. Chick-fil-a has always been my favorite chicken sandwich place. The #1 meal is a good deal. Love the special cut potato fries. The fresh squeezed Lemon aide is a good drink choice.

State Street and the one in Saint Matthew's Mall are great. Veterans Parkway not so much. At State Street and the mall you are greeted with courtesy and always get a kind response like "my pleasure" when you say thank you. Veterans Parkway showed no courtesy and just treated me like another person that they are trying to get out of the way as fast as they could. Hardly acknowledge you and handed my food to me in the drive through without saying a word. Haven't been back since. Save your time and go to State Street. They know how to treat you right. Everytime.
